I’m listening to the wind
It’s got a lot to say
woke up at 4:00
I’m still tucked in
purring cat atop me
don’t want to move
time to Go and Do
but I lollygagged
stayed tucked in
now the wind is quieter
gusting gales replaced
by the quietest whisper
of a sound
